I’m drawn to lakes and paint lakes for explorations in colour, light & reflections…I splatter, spray, drip, scrap, carve, sponge and layer with acrylic paint, all in an attempt to capture the fluid essence of water AND have some fun. Afterall, we live in a country of lakes: Great, slough, alpine, shield and wetland…so the possibilites are exciting and endless!
